I get a lot of questions asking what exactly I do for Circle Six Design. I thought I’d show you a final piece that I put together for Northland Organic. Those of you regular readers remember way back when I photographed some oil splashes for the same company. Edit four splashes together, photograph a soy bean, photograph a bottle end, photograph a stream of pouring oil, scan a rubber stamp, make the stamp look like it’s really stamped on the bean, and then put it all together with text, and what do you get?

Two of them. They’re interns. This then coincides with the post I did quite awhile back of all the Circle Six staff and the other two interns.

I shot a dog today.

Don’t worry. I used a camera. I’ve photographed dogs before, including at least one shot posted on this blog, however this was my first experience shooting a dog in the studio.

This one is named Walter (unless I forgot ten seconds after they said his name). He’s a cross between a black lab and a bulldog. Basically, Walter is a small tank. But he sure is cute!
