Always, always, ALWAYS have a back up camera. You never know when 2,000 shots into the day your main camera will develop repeating Error 99′s and cease to function right before the most important 2,000 shots of your day. Have a backup camera. I don’t care if it’s an original Rebel (300d) that you got on ebay for $140. Have one. You need it.

The internet is a little neat because sometimes people from other places see material they wouldn’t normally see. Often you know those people (like Jonathan, in Japan, or Jeremiah in South Korea, and so on), but sometimes you don’t really know. For example, I know I’m getting hits from Istanbul sometimes, and also Vienna. But I don’t know who those people (you people) are, so say hello in the comments and maybe we can get to know each other. And send me a photo of you where you are or something.
