“on hand in Amsterdam”
I’m back from Russia, safe and sound. Unless “sound” means I also have my luggage. It never came up the little conveyor thing, which is a bit frustrating to say the least. The tracking information shows nothing, and checking with an actual representative on the phone showed that the last thing my luggage tag showed was “on hand in Amsterdam.” For additional clarification, it should be mentioned that my return flight sent me through London Heathrow, not Schipol in Amsterdam. Also the woman on the phone ended the conversation by giving me the number for the luggage headquarters, and a “good luck” so it’s looking like that bag is gone for good.
